openBIS training
Section titled “openBIS training”We are currently in the transition phase between in-person to self-paced trainings. This means that both are available and will be announced periodically, via emails from the openBIS mailing list.
There currently are two differerent training sources:
-
From ETH, by Scientific Information Services:
The ETH training focuses on individual openBIS features. For example, it explains what an object is and how to create one. They also created a course on how to use the Jupyter integration in openBIS.
-
From Empa, by Matthias Rösslein from Scientific IT:
The Empa training uses a case study to show how to document experimental work in a laboratory.
